Yes, you can cancel an order on perfume-bd.com. For outright cancellations contact our Customer Support team. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If you received the product, it will be eligible for 7 Days Replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Contact customer support immediately if you receive any defected products.
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers and also through our in house delivery team.
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every product details page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
- Normal Delivery: If your shipping address is within Dhaka city, products will be delivered by 3 business days. If it is outside Dhaka then it will take 3 to 5 business days.
- Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays.
Note: Any order placed after 6 pm will be considered as order of next business day, not as same day.

perfume-bd.com offers multiple methods to make payments for your order – Credit Cards & Debit Cards, bKash, E-Gift Voucher, Cash-on-Delivery (COD).
There are absolutely no hidden cost except the delivery charge and processing charge when you make a purchase with perfume-bd.com. With in Dhaka city, delivery charge is BDT 100/- and outside Dhaka city it is BDT 120/-. After selecting the payment gateway, processing charge apply on order amount. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.
If you do not prefer to make an online payment on perfume-bd.com then you can opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on perfume-bd.com.
Cash on Delivery only applicable for Dhaka City which is applicable only for maximum 04 items. E-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for COD orders. Please make ONLY Cash Payment at the time of delivery. Foreign currency as payment against a COD order is not accepted.
With in Dhaka city, delivery charge is BDT 100/- and outside Dhaka city it is BDT 120/-.
